So there I was, cruising through YahooGroups, not really expecting to 
find anything, when I see the NoS diet. I thought it sounded lame, 
but I went to the website anyway, mainly because I was bored. 
Instead, it cracked me up! And it made sense. So here I am! I'm 
21, 189 lbs, 5'6", and blonde. Not that hair color is relevant, but 

it is kinda interesting. 

Looking forward to "meeting" all of you!
