Hi all. I hope everyone had a terrific Easter. Deb, I hope you are
feeling better. As for me, I will say that I have really enjoyed
feeling the hunger subside as days go by. Everytime I feel like
snacking, (which I never realized how much snacking I do in a day
until I tried stoping myself everytime I was about to throw something
in my mouth i.e. cooking or working in the kitchen) I have begun to
just leave the area where food is present. I have been spending more
time upstairs doing busywork. I have been spending more time outside
with my son. Food took up a HUGE part of my day. Now I have some time
to get things done. Today is a great day. Pass it on.
