just had lunch about half an hour ago.. and i am feeling like i could have another "lunch"... so here i am writing this email to fight the temptation.. ok so i ve been on nosdiet for 3 weeks, and lost 3lbs... mmm.. i was so excited about those 3lbs two days ago but now i think i probably should do more.. more exercise? less food? different types of food? any suggestions? love deeyala --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
