.... soy protein products, like Boca burgers, meatless
sausage,Morningstar products, and other products made from soy
protein?
Are they healthy? Beneficial? Good or bad in terms of quality
nutrition? Will they benefit nosdiet-ers? Are they an acceptable
choice? Or are they what one group poster calls "mere junk" ?
Please note I make no reference to taste as that is a personal and
subjective matter, and we can all make that call ourselves whether we
like the taste or not. I am only referring to their merits as food
choices and not as taste test winners.
