Hello No S,
A couple months ago someone wrote in about a lower carb version of No S
Since wheat seems to "puff me up" I was wondering who has had any
extra
success by lowering whitw flour as well as no sugar. Bonnie

Subject: [nosdiet] Re: Dan, please weigh in on the abs issue

Hello;

No1space asked Dan:
> Secondly, can you tell us that doing the shovelglove exercises is

all most people would need to develop "ripped" abs?

I'm butting in:
--Louie Simmons, the well-known, successful, and respected Westside
powerlifting coach encourages that the abs be excercised on your
feet. Stronger abs = stronger squat and we squat on our feet. He uses
the lat pulldown/row machine in various positions.

His lifters do some off the back ab excercises, but on your feet has
more carryover.

Tom
