This is my official 3rd day on NoS. It has been hard at points
because I am so used to the 6 meals a day thing. My body is having
to adjust. I must say that it is so much easier than the 6 meal a
day philosophy. For so long I have been thinking everyday about
either preparing, eating, timing meals, and such. Now all I have to
do is eat breakfast, wait to eat lunch, and then wait to eat dinner.
No obsessing over all the other crap that was not working for me.
Have not focused on exercise yet. Will enter that next week. Just
want to take this week for my body to get used to this method of
eating. My downfall is sugar. To get that out of my diet except
maybe once a week will help a great deal to getting this excess
weight off.
So far -- so good.
