Thanks for this extra comment. I needed that! I reckon I am about 20% 
bf right now, give or take about 3%, and while 12% may be doable, It 
seems very ambitious at this point. To "look very good to almost 
anyone" is really all I want! That's a good way to put it. And if I 

can get there with a slightly higher bf, which means sooner, that's 
great to know.

BTW- Reinhard- do you have any rough estimates of what your bf % was 
before starting nosdiet and also today?
