s. I'm thinking also if I keep some melon cut up in the fridge this week, then if I wake up wanting a snack, I could make myself snack on melon.! > What do > ya'll think? > Joy I think you need to get the crap food out of your house!!!! Why on earth would you even have this stuff around? You KNOW you're going to eat it if it's there, so don't have it there! If you want something sweet on an S day then go *out* and buy ONE item. Not a whole box of ice cream bars, but ONE bar. As far as snacking in the middle of the night -- just don't! Drink a ton of water until you are too bloated to think about eating something. Or drink a glass of milk if you have to. Certainly you can make it 3-4 hours till breakfast. The donuts at church -- how about not going early enough to have time to eat them? Or making yourself answer to someone else there if you have to -- you'd be less likely to chow on them if someone came up to you and said "Geeze how many of those are you going to eat?!!" Embarrassment works well for me anyhow, lol. If they are in a seperate room, simply don't go in there. I find it is very helpful to drink 2-3 glasses of water before a meal or while I am preparing it. You don't have to eat to stem snack cravings, water works just fine. JMO.... Tracy |
