I'm not particularly fond of that stuff, but I don't have anything to say against it in terms of weight management -- except that I'd rather not blow one of my limited meals on one. But if you eat prepackaged dinners a lot for the sake of convenience, I guess it's a better default than "hungry man" (though I have very nostalgic memories of the latter). Reinhard |
