I don't shovelglove on S-days. I rest. Works well from
both an enjoy-the-weekend and a fitness perspective, I
think. It doesn't impact urban ranger. I walk about
the same on weekends.

I'm not particularly fond of that stuff, but I don't
have anything to say against it in terms of weight
management -- except that I'd rather not blow one of
my limited meals on one. But if you eat prepackaged
dinners a lot for the sake of convenience, I guess
it's a better default than "hungry man" (though I have
very nostalgic memories of the latter).
