Hi there, and I know you'll find this diet to be what you've been looking for. However, I agree with your assessment about weekends. If I lose 2 lbs. during the week, I can easily gain them back on the weekend, just by having Cap'n Crunch for breakfast, and seconds on take-out pizza for dinner. So I'm thinking about giving up S-days for Lent; the Saturdays and Sundays anyway. If I have a real special occasion like birthday or wedding, that's a different story. Feedback on whether or not this will throw off the whole idea of No- S is greatly appreciated. Got three days till Lent; could easily think of something else instead. Thanks in advance. Portia |
