Pal, Hi and welcome!! I don't think you are over doing it on the weekends.. it does take a little time to control your sweet tooth. Eventually you will notice you do not need this or you really only wanted a bite of that. It's all in your thinking. My husband and i did excellent this weekend, and i even took the kids from Daycare to the movies this week WITHOUT eating popcorn! Thats a major event in my life!! We decided not to buy any snack food and include that in our NOS days. Of course, if we wanted something then we ate what we wanted, but only till we were satisfied not stuffed. Good luck!
