I know exactly what you mean. I am up at 4-5 am, and it is a long, long
time until lunch.
I have been slugging back water, coffee, tea, milk... whatever it takes
to
keep from actually eating something. For days when my stomach is literally
trying to eat through my spine, I scarf a handful of those baby carrots.
I
figure it is better than eating something processed. Maybe not the diet
to
the tee, but I figure if I am getting actual cramps then I ought to eat
a
bit! I do seem to be doing better as time goes on though, so I think I
am
adjusting.
