I have heard that splenda, because it is made from sugar, is really
the best sugar substitute out there. I have read the posts on diet
soda and aspertame (spelling??) but what about this one? All I have
heard is that sugar is pout throuhg this big process and all the
positive ions are reomved leaving only the negitively charged ions.
This enables the sugar to pass right through your system and not be
ultimately stored as fat. Now I am no scientist but it sounds good
to me. What are your thoughts? I agree with Reinhard though, if your
view conflicts with mine or someones elces please be kind.
