I did good through the week. 5 days without S. Butttt this morning 
around 2 am I had terrible indigestion and my dog was sick also. 
Well since it was already an S day I had a soothing piece of 
cheesecake. Not too big but it has been in the frig for a week. I 
think that was legal. I am enjoying today.
