Here's what you have to do:

1. Join the following group:



2. Check/post to this group to set up what time you
want to chat with other members.

3. tick on the "chat" link on the left.

Hopefully there will be someone there and you can
start chatting. 

Note: I'm talking about the chat link in the new
nosdiet_chat group, not the chat link in this group.
To avert confusion, I'll disable the chat link in this
group.

If you prefer irc or something, use the nosdiet_chat
group to set up meetings there.

I won't be available to chat much, but I will monitor
the chat group posts. So if there are any problems or
concerns, post there and I'll read them.
