I think the diet so no snacks at all. I don't recall it even saying
fruit. If I want fruit of Peanut butter with Celery sticks, I'll be
putting them right on my dinner plate, i'm sure there is room on the
plater for them :) I have lost 2 lbs now...boy is it hard to retrain
my body and my eating habits. I used to eat what I wanted whenever I
wanted...I even gorged alot...shame on me. I'd like to be able to
feel comfortable when I take my kids to the beach this summer. My
youngest is 5, then a 6 yr old and then a 10 year old...can't use
having kids as an excuse for my mommy belly any more :)

here recently about the mercury in fish and how it is not good for
you. So there are certain kinds you need to watch how much you eat
of. I have also heard that peanut butter is good for you specially
for woman. Im going to try to start incorporating it in my meals.
And I think the s diet said no snacks unless it is a piece of fruit.
