Part of No S is no snacks. The fruit and peanut butter ,if you want, is supposed to be included in the meal. It is only one of 3 things to keep in mind, along with no sugar and no seconds. If you like to eat your fruit 20 to 30 minutes before dinner as in the Suzanne Somers Food Combining method, I assume that is okay, but must be concidered a part of the upcoming meal.. at least that is what I would do.
