Vegs are no problem; I like fruit and simply can't explain why I 
don't eat more of it. Now, limiting the grains to once a day could 
be a problem...I'm one of those people who love carbs (specifically 
breads. Since my breakfast is often "on the run," I could 
substitute a piece of fruit for cereal or toast.
