Dear Maxine, If I am remembering correctly, the rule is a little sugar in coffee, or cereal or jam on toast was ok. Myself I use Splenda on my oatmeal, and lately because I have had trouble with an allergy to dairy, my favorite foods, I use a little non dairy creamer in my coffee , and that has a bit of sugar in it. But the weight is slowly coming off. I can't wait for it to get warmer so we can get out and walk again! [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
