I think I'm going to invest in a pedometer, just to see how this urban ranger is currently doing... I bought one of these from Walmart, alas, the clip on the back that attaches to your waist band didn't last long. But it was very motivating. I checked it continuously. I also walked so much more. While cooking dinner, I paced the circuit from my kitchen, living room/dining room and back again. In the evenings during commercials, I walked some more. I didn't want to go to bed with low numbers. It also tells you how many calories you've burned and distance. I know I walked a lot more wearing the pedometer than when not. Teresa [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
