I feel the best coping mechanism, especially in the beginning, id
making sure your meals are big enough so you are full and not hungry
in between meals. In the beginning I really made sure my plate was
full and didn't worry about what was on them.
I do have to admit I am still struggling. When I follow NOS I start
seeing the lbs come off but I seem to fall off the wagon for stupid
reasons. Last week I got sick for about 3 days and I just didn't
care and it sent me on a bad cycle but now I am back on track but the
damage was done so I feel I am starting over again.
