I am so sorry to hear about your joint problem also. Have you spoken
to your doctor about what exercises he would recomend? I would
suggest watch your calories very closely and maybe if your doctor
approves try water areobics. If I could afford it,and fit the classes
into my schedule, I would be doing it now. I love the deep water
areobics. Around hear they call it hydrofit. The water in the deep
end supports your body weight and the warm water of the heated pool
soothes the aches and pains. The "weights" are actually floatation
divises shaped like weights. The water acts as all your resistance.
The more force you put into it the more force the water gives you back
in resistance. Check with your doctor. Good luck You friend in health
