hey y'all.
i found the no-s diet this past winter and i would stick with it for
a few weeks at a time, but since i'm in college, something stressful
would inevitably come along and screw me up. i found that when i
was in a good pattern of following the rules, my life was so much
more relaxed because i wasn't over-analyzing what i was eating and i
felt good about it. now i'm home for the summer and am planning to
establish the habit for good while i've got very little else to
stress about. i'd like to lose about 15 pounds before i go back in
the fall -that would make my BMI about 21-22, right in the middle
range of healthy. keep up the good work everyone. i understand how
hard it can be. i'll need your help sticking with it... if i
disappear for weeks at a time, that's a very, very bad sign!
