Dear Banana Lovers
My favorite is banana sandwiches. Mash up a banana or two with a fork, toast
some wholemeal bread, spread (plenty of) dairy or peanut butter on the bread
and lash on the mashed banana.
Hmmm. Sometimes I just have 3 or 4 of these for my evening meal.

Thanks. There was a mention of banana shake in your message. I have
been making banana shake but not daily. maybe I should do it more
often. I use sugarless soya milk. The banana itself is sweet enough!
Will report to you if banana shake, besides eating banana, helps to
curb the desire to eat!!!
