Hi Mygoal135, Dont be too harsh on yourself. The habit will gradually stick. Whenever you feel like snacking, concentrate on your breath for awhile. That will stop your craving. Look forward to your next regular meal! That's what i do but can't say it works all the time. But i have reduced snacking. i have to work on seconds n sweets.
