Dont be too harsh on yourself. The habit will gradually stick.
Whenever you feel like snacking, concentrate on your breath for
awhile. That will stop your craving. Look forward to your next regular
meal!

That's what i do but can't say it works all the time. But i have
reduced snacking. i have to work on seconds n sweets.

Keep it up, don't lose heart. lose weight!

i've gotten off track these past two days. this is the point where
most of my diets fail- i have trouble putting those mistakes behind
me and starting over. the day after eating too much junk, it's hard
to be good because i crave it like crazy. oh well -i'm going to do
it anyway. wish me luck.
