I don't do religion but i work shift work and have adjusted my S days to work in accordance with my hours worked I think so long as you do not stretch out your S's to include sunday as well then you'd be staying within the " rules" though remember it is except Sometimes on days with S. though i am more lax on my S days i do not go hogwild every weekend. My S usually involves popcorn for movie night, or a scoop of icecream for dessert. sticking to the no s for a month has my body more use to not snacking now though. three square meals has made a big difference in when i am hungry, I even include dessert somedays with my meals though i have been making healthier choices for them. instead of a handful of cookies.. i have a yogurt with some ricecrisps or cheerios stirred into it or banana slices. i can't beleive how easy this has been for me. now if only getting my body use to walking extra were as easy. After i got my pedometer i averaged out a weeks worth of walking in the job.. i average about ten-thousand steps a day at work. by then i just do not want to walk anymore. |
