I went through that the other week, and it scared the hell out of me. I
decided to go for a walk and enjoy the outside and see if I could get my
mind off of it... It worked! So, everytime I get a sugar craving, I eat
something nutritious and go for a walk. This week I lost 6 lbs! :-)

Keep up the good work, hang in there, and email the list whenever you need!
I am always online. I am on AOL instant messenger: Crazyflash4 and Yahoo
Messenger: Crazyflash4 and MSN: mtangorre

Contact me anytime, anyone, to chat or whatever. :-)

Hey, I know what you mean,my first weekend i wanted to eat everything
i was not allowed all week but this is my 3 week(I think) and all i
had this weekend was a piece of pie at a church dinner and 1/4 of a
peach cobbler at a family dinner so thats not bad. Just keep doing
what you should do during the week and it will get easier.
Keep your chin up and your mouth shut(ha ha).
