Hello guys,
Thanks for all the feed back. I think because I do not understand
the Ketogenic Diet process properly (too technical) I wont embark on
it.
I will just keep the carbs low and make sure I eat the unprocessed
ones, more for the nutrition then anything else.
This is my second week on the NoSDiet and it is quite nice and
simple. I never had the habit of having deserts and sweets all the
time so not being able to have them now it is not problem.
The only part that is a bit tough is the last meal...which I have at
18:00 so I eat slowly cos I know I will not eat till next day...:),
I do not feel hungry but you know you get bored then fell a bit
peckish..but I have managed to not have anything apart on the
designated times...:)
I am hopping to have lost a few kilos by the end of month,I even had
to buy a new pair of trouser last week cos my present ones are too
big.. I am very happy to be able to fit comfortable in a size 10.
Anyway I hope you are all doing well!!
