I agree with Brian. I just survived my second weekend on the no s diet, but when I
got on my scales this morning, I gained back up to where I was when I started. that
stinks cause I didn't overdo anything this weekend. I am going to take the advice of
a wise person and put my scales in my garage. I feel lighter, am enjoying eating
less, I think I look better, but all the scales do is depress me. Who needs
that?!
At your age, (and any age) I think the best thing is to get active. Not only does it
take our minds off food, but it raises the metabolism, and that's what really burns
stored fat fast. I could go on and on about the benefits of exercise, but I won't.
Just find something you like to do...and do it.

Subject: [nosdiet] Hi all! I'm new!
Hi everyone. I'm 17, not even 5 feet tall and weight about 165 pounds last I checked.
I've been
going crazy trying to lose weight and I have a feeling the NoS diet will be the
trick. But I need
support!
I'd like to get down to a weight of about 120 or 125. I know its a whole lot to drop
but I don't
think its impossible. Any suggestions? I'm starting the diet tomorrow.
Thanks
HM

It has come to my attention, through numerous philosophical debates, that God, with
countless names and shapes, is actually the same being for us all - GOD IS THE
PERSONFICATION AND EMBODIMENT OF KARMA. This holds true for any religion or faith in
history in which a God or muliple Gods exist.
...I wonder which name we should make sure not to use in vain...
