Reinhard,
I am curious as to how the propaganda pack you
mentioned on the nos diet site is coming along? I'd
love to have something "official", although I admit it
would be relatively easy to print the material
directly from the site. 

In the meantime, take a look at what can be done with

I like to surround myself with little props and
doodads of things I'm interested in, and I'm guessing
most people do, too, if one can judge by the variety
of coffee mugs, koozies, and mouse pads that are
available. 

The low carb groups on a message board I'm aware of
also have T-shirts and things to promote their diet
plan. Why not the nos diet?
