I think I have become a little obsessive about counting calories. I have come to the point where I count chips, wonder about the weight of the chicken breast on my sandwich, and how many ounces of beer were really in that mug anyway. In keeping with the old school philosophy of the no s diet, I am going to start tomorrow, er not start, but cease to count calories. Actually I started today by wiping out everything I had already entered into Fitday.com, but today was a bad diet day all around. I still use food as an emotional crutch / punishment and today was rough. :-( So I'll cheer myself up by considering tomorrow a new day and start forthwith in the AM. --- Allan __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
