Hi There is an article in the last Good Housekeeping called the Monday diet. It talks about a lot of the same things that have to do with the s diet. I know that I will probably do some cheating along the way, but I have decided to put the s diet as my life diet. I think it really makes a lot of sense and after reading this article in this magazine it confirms a lot of the ideas also. Im just too busy for other diets and I think that that is a lot of my problem. I start a diet and when I just dont have time to count the calories or cook the speicial food I give up and eat more then I should. Im going to guide my way through this diet and even if I dont loose a lot of weight I know I will be healthier. I fine that sugar and soda just make me feel bad.
