How come Atkins has an ad everytime you access the message board? 
Aren't we not doing that?? I'm just starting this s diet, been on 
Atkins, been on South Beach. It's hard for me to eat carbs because 
I've trained myself over the years (I'm a 59-year-old female) not to 
eat too much of them but since "that" time of life nothing seems to 

work in the diet department. I'm not grossly overweight, only ten or 
15 pounds but it is all right in front of me and I even find some fat 
on my back, which is ridiculous! I'm trying, starting at 150 lbs.
