Hi,
I saw two articles today on the internet. Maybe you saw them too. One was about
water. They said that drinking two liters of water a day may help you loose weight.
The other one was about grapefruit. They said that if you eat a grapefruit it helps
you loose weight and also cuts your insulin down if your diabetic. I remember the old
grapefruit diet and they were just saying there is some truth to it. They were not
promoting the diet.
