I go to the gym once a week and do Pilates for 1 1/2 hours a week and have
definitely got a flatter tummy. Losing 11 kilos has helped there too. I 
now
don't flip if I have a bad day like I have today.I have eaten too much. 
I
started because a kid at school let off the fire bell and we all had to
trail out to the tennis courts and check everyone(all 1600 of them and 
200
adults) was ok and standing out there made my back hurt(I have weakened
muscles from my stroke last year)This kid was brighter than some, he/she
pushed the alarm at lesson change time, when there were loads of kids
legitimately walking about. At other times the head caretaker(janitor) 
can
check his panel and ask all teachers in the appropriate parts of the campus
if anyone left their room. We've caught a few that way.
