Yes Lee and Rein, I agree completely :)
No S is such a livable plan that it's its own reward.
It is not stifling...It is a framework to make choices and practice
free will...This is it's own wonderful perk...Your guidance with
that No S framework was what gave us the impetus, but you left it up
to us to make it livable......Going back to your ideas, Reinhard,
from the "why is this diet so much better..." part of the site, one
doesn't get the feeling of that "micromanaging boss, who is on your
case about every little thing"
You have to *really* give yourself credit for coming up with a
profoundly self empowering plan...this for me is what feels so good
about doing No S. I also look forward to the challenges of the
week...Practicing a way of life which you know is maintainable for
your whole life, not just 3 to 6 months, is what I like to think of
as the "NO BS" diet...Nothing will stop this train, it's going slow
like a diesel, but diesels are mighty powerful! Thank you again my
friend! Let's all say it once in unison, and harmony
"Yay Reinhard, and all of us! We rock!"
No S Lifestyle....
It's real.
It's here.
Get used to it! :)
Have a wonderful week
Peace,
Deb
