Hi everyone, Since I last wrote, I had decided just to buy ice cream that my
husband can enjoy {if it has no chocolate in it, then it's not for me!} and
I'm taking it a step further. The plan is to eat a normal amount of food and
maybe a snack or two on the weekend, right? Well, I just decided that I can eat
whatever I have an urge for ONLY on Saturdays. This way Sunday I can either
feel good about what I have eaten or feel guilty of what I had. I find that if I
don't eat sugary or greasy foods, I don't tend to miss it later. I can
definitely feel the effects if after a while I decide to eat something, say at
MacDonalds for example. My stomach takes a beating. Just a suggestion...Hey it
works for me!!
