Thanks for the welcomes and advice! I just want to share what's
becoming my biggest challenge. I've been trying to follow the No-S
rules, and I have no troubles until a few hours after dinner, when I
want something sweet. The weird part is, my snack urges always hit
during the work day before No-S, and I'm having no trouble avoiding
snacks during the day. Should I eat a bigger dinner? How do I get
past the sugar cravings? Thanks!
