Start fresh on Monday and maybe decide whether or not the apple and 
granola bar might be a good "planned" midday meal, as opposed to an 

unplanned snack? Hey it's Friday...Most people equate Friday with 
taking it easy and you know TGIF mentality...
So take it easy on yourself and just try try try again until you get 
into the groove...
You are being unnecessarily hard on yourself.
You will do better soon :)
