Hi drivr,
That sounds like a sustainable pace and you've clearly
got the right attitude. Thanks for sharing your
progress.
If you start shovelglove, you'll be the first human
being other than myself (that I know of) to be on
*every* everyday system. An historic distinction!
And consider signing up for the shovelglove yahoo
group. We're trying to rev it up a bit over the next
few weeks.
