But make it a red wine or vodka tonic rather than a blender drink or rum and coke. It seems that many of us have forgotten one of the basics of NoS. Don't obsess over the details. If you're looking at things asking "Is this OK?", "How many of those can I have?" you're really missing the point of changing your habits. Alcohol's not a major cause of weight problems. Relax and enjoy your drink. ---sambo |
