God made the ingredients of all our foods, but gave us free choice as to whether we process it or eat or not or overeat. Only "the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and Evil" is forbidden. that's where we have gone wrong. We haven't been eating bad stuff, just too much of the good Hana ----- Original Message ----- From: "Debbie Feder" <deborahfederlmt@...> To: <> Sent: Saturday, January 29, 2005 5:00 PM Subject: [nosdiet] Re: One more cup of coffee for the road.....To a crabby mommy > > > > --- In , "julie" <eternalrock1@y...> wrote: > > HI Deb/Crabby Mommy > argh its saturday morning and i woke up too early. > > ...Arrrrrggghhhhhrrrr, to you too :) > So far I am not crabby :) Have my vanilla soy creamer and my > hazelnut coffee and a whole lot of chores, but feeling good today. > > > I just finished reading the article, was very good.
