Warm milk or anything containing tryptophan is supposed to be good, but 
I
personally can't stand warm milk. I can't sleep if the bedroom's warm. 
My
mattress has a memory foam topper and gets too hot. The memory foam is
wonderful for my damaged shoulder.Hana
