I just popped in to the website to catch up with you all, and I see
that sleep is one of the current hot topics. I think I mentioned it
before but an occasional melatonin tablet works great and is natural
enough (compared with most other things). (www.melatonin.com)
Chamomile tea can bring on a wave of sleepiness for me too. I have
switched to decaf coffee and my sleep quality is definitely
improving. Plus, I'm getting sleepy at a normal time: 9-10ish rather
than 12-1ish. I plan to look back after a month and see if I have
experienced some of the other benefits that people report...like
weight loss! =)
