>My mom and I were discussing this yesterday. How do we get back to
that
way of eating in our busy distracted modern lives?
I think the trick is to not be busy and distracted when you eat. In those
times, meals were to be appreciated and savored. No one ate driving in
the
car, or sitting at a desk, or standing over the sink.
I think we need to make eating a ritual again, rather than mindless stuffing
:)
I am really looking forward to my kidding season starting up in a few weeks.
Between milking and heat treating and pasteurizing milk to feed babies
4
times a day, I won't have time to graze :)
