And there was some beer in there too.
Personally, I've found that during the week I'm cutting out the food
that I eat when I'm bored, and am handling hunger by organizing meals
better; weekends are when I get to enjoy the things that I would have
eaten during the week for enjoyment rather than hunger (so I'll go
out of my way to a good cafe, or will buy some unusual cheese to nibble
on, and so forth) -- it's then about being able to enjoy the Good Life
on the weekends, and get by OK during the week.
