And there was some beer in there too. Personally, I've found that during the week I'm cutting out the food that I eat when I'm bored, and am handling hunger by organizing meals better; weekends are when I get to enjoy the things that I would have eaten during the week for enjoyment rather than hunger (so I'll go out of my way to a good cafe, or will buy some unusual cheese to nibble on, and so forth) -- it's then about being able to enjoy the Good Life on the weekends, and get by OK during the week. -Rich -- Rich Lafferty --------------+----------------------------------------------- Ottawa, Ontario, Canada | Save the Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus! http://www.lafferty.ca/ | http://zapatopi.net/treeoctopus.html rich@... -----------+----------------------------------------------- |
